How long can I use the free trial account?
The trial account can be used free of charge for up to 30 days. After this timeframe, you will be charged according to the plan of your choice.
The free trial is not available for custom shop platforms and the Enterprise tier.
Does the free trial account have limited features?
No, the free trial account has the same features as the normal paid plan.
How can I cancel my subscription?
A subscription can be canceled at any given time. However, the change will only be effective in the next billing cycle after the cancelation, depending on the subscription plan type. For more clarity, here is an example:
· Monthly plan – if you start your subscription on the 7th of June and decide to cancel it at any point during the month, your subscription will stop at the end of the billing cycle, namely on July the 6th.
· Yearly plan – if you start your subscription on the 18th of February 2022 and decide to cancel it in August 2022, your subscription will only stop at the end of the billing cycle, meaning February the 17th 2023.
What if my monthly number of orders does not match my subscription?
Our pricing tiers are based on the number of orders that your online shop handles every month. If the number of orders attributed to the pricing tier which you have opted for is either exceeded or fallen short of for 2 consecutive months, the subscription pricing is either upgraded or downgraded starting with the 3rd month.
To illustrate this change, here are 2 examples:

If you bought Aqurate "Starter" and your monthly orders start surpassing the 2,500 orders/month threshold for July and August, you will be upgraded to a "Plus" client status in September. Therefore, the subscription will be upgraded starting September.

On the contrary, if you bought Aqurate "Plus" and the number of your monthly orders declines in January and February to less than 5,000 orders/month, you will be regarded as a “Starter” client in March. This means that your subscription will be downgraded starting March.*
What level of support is included in my plan?
Standard support is included in all plan levels, which includes email support during business hours. Enterprise subscriptions have access to 24/7 support. Check out the Support Center for more information.
What are the benefits of an annual subscription?
An annual plan allows you to benefit from a 15% discount.
How frequently is my data updated?
Data is updated daily across all your integrations. For the Enterprise subscriptions, data can be updated more often.
Is there a limit for the amount of data which I can import?
There is no limit for the amount of data which you can import.
