FAQ

Need clarification?

How does the free trial work?

The trial is free for 30 days and includes all the features of the paid plan. You add a card when you start so your service can continue smoothly if you decide to keep it, but you are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your plan begins automatically on the tier that matches your orders, unless you cancel before then.

Do I need a developer to install Aqurate?

Not on natively supported platforms. Aqurate installs through a native integration on platforms like Shopify, Gomag, and MerchantPro, so you can go live quickly without code. If your platform has no native integration, you connect through our API, which is straightforward to set up with light developer help and our documentation to guide you.

Can I buy Personalize and Search separately?

Yes. Take either product on its own, or run both. The bundle price is 15% off the two subscriptions combined.

What counts as an order?

Every order that reaches our systems counts, whatever its final status. For most out-of-the-box integrations, orders that sit in your shop platform but come from other sales channels, for example Emag or Amazon, are filtered out automatically.

What if my monthly number of orders changes?

Your plan is based on your order count from the last 30 days, checked every month. If your orders grow or drop into a different range, your plan moves with them automatically, up or down. You do not need to do anything.

Do you offer a discount if I run more than one shop?

Yes. Run more than one shop and you get 10% off each additional shop, applied to your smaller subscriptions, up to 30% off. Get in touch and we will set it up.

How do I pay?

We charge by credit card, billed monthly. Prices are shown in EUR. If you are billed in RON, the EUR price is converted at a fixed rate that we review and update from time to time. On Shopify, billing is handled through Shopify and charged in USD.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?

No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current cycle. There is no fixed term and no lock-in.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription runs until the end of the current billing cycle, then stops. For example: you start on 7 June and cancel at any point that month. Your plan ends on 6 July, the close of the cycle.

What level of support is included?

Standard support is included on all plans: email and chat support during business hours. Enterprise plans include 24/7 support. See the Knowledge Base for more.

How often is my data updated?

Your data updates daily across all your integrations, and our models are retrained daily on it, so your recommendations and search results stay current. Enterprise plans can update more often.

Where is my data stored? What happens to the data I share?

You can read how we handle and protect your data here. Other useful links: Privacy Policy, DPA.

How does Enterprise work?

Enterprise covers shops with more than 4,000 orders per month. It runs on an annual contract and has no free trial. Instead you get hands-on onboarding: set-up assistance to get you live, a dedicated customer success contact, priority support, an optional staging environment on request, and more.

What if my platform is not supported yet?

If there is no native integration for your platform, you can still use Aqurate through an API integration.
