How much does Aqurate cost?
Aqurate Personalize and Aqurate Search each start at €49 a month and run up to €369 a month, across twelve tiers from 100 to 4,000 orders per month. Both products are priced identically, and taking both drops the combined price by 15%. There is no setup fee and no implementation fee. Run more than one shop and you get 10% off each additional shop, up to 30%. Above 4,000 orders a month, pricing is per order on marginal rates and quoted by our sales team.
How does the free trial work?
The trial is free for 30 days and includes every feature of the paid plan. You add a card when you start so your service continues without a gap, but nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your plan begins automatically on the tier that matches your orders, unless you cancel before then. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What counts as an order, and what if my order count changes?
Every order that reaches our systems counts, whatever its final status. For most out-of-the-box integrations, orders that sit in your shop platform but come from other sales channels, for example Emag or Amazon, are filtered out automatically. We check your paid orders from the last 30 days every month, so your tier follows your volume in both directions. Grow and it rises, have a slow month and it drops. You do not need to do anything either way.
Do you charge for anything other than orders?
No. Your order volume is the only meter. We do not take a share of your revenue, and we do not meter API calls, search requests or impressions, so there are no overage bills. There is no setup fee, no implementation fee and no onboarding charge on any self-serve plan.
Can I buy Personalize and Search separately?
Yes. Take either product on its own, or run both. The bundle price is 15% off the two subscriptions combined, and the discount is built into the price rather than being a promotion. You can add or drop a product at any time, and the change applies from your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a discount if I run more than one shop?
Yes. Run more than one shop and you get 10% off each additional shop, applied to your smaller subscriptions, up to 30% off. Get in touch and we will set it up.
Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?
Self-serve plans are billed monthly, with no fixed term and no lock-in. Cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the current cycle, then stops. For example: you start on 7 June and cancel at any point that month. Your plan ends on 6 July, the close of the cycle.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
We charge by credit card, billed monthly. Prices are shown and charged in EUR. If you are billed in RON, the EUR price is converted at a fixed rate that we review and update from time to time. On Shopify, billing is handled through Shopify and charged in USD.
Do I need a developer, and how long until I am live?
Not on natively supported platforms. Aqurate installs through a native integration on Shopify, Gomag and MerchantPro, so you can go live without code, and recommendations run within 24 hours of connecting. If your platform has no native integration, you connect through an API integration, which is straightforward to set up with light developer help and our documentation to guide you.
What if my platform is not supported yet?
If there is no native integration for your platform, you can still use Aqurate through an API integration.
Where is my data stored, and how often is it updated?
All your data is stored and processed in the EU, with no transfers outside it. Your data syncs daily across every integration and our models retrain daily on it, so your recommendations and search results stay current. Enterprise plans can update more often. How does Enterprise work, and what support is included?
Standard support, email and chat during business hours, is included on every plan. Enterprise covers shops above 4,000 orders a month: it is priced per order on marginal rates with no base fee, runs on an annual contract, and has no free trial. Instead you get hands-on set-up assistance, a dedicated customer success contact, priority support and an optional staging environment on request. More in the Knowledge Base.
