Aqurate Search is designed to reduce friction during product discovery by delivering faster, more relevant results and personalized recommendations, helping shoppers reach purchase decisions more quickly.

1.4 What makes AI search better than keyword-only search?

AI-powered search can better understand shopper intent, handle language variations, tolerate spelling errors, and surface more relevant products than traditional keyword-only engines.

1.7 How do I get access to Aqurate Search?

  • If you are already using Aqurate Personalise Recommendations, you can activate Aqurate Search from Gomag - Module - Aqurate - Configurări. Afterwards, click on  Get Started in your Aqurate account (Dashboard in the Search area)

  • If you are a new user on our platform, please follow our guide here for the sign-up and installation.

Please note that in both cases it might take up to 24 hours for the Search to be live on your website.


2. Search Features & Capabilities

2.1 How fast does Aqurate Search return results?

Results are delivered in under 50ms, keeping shoppers engaged and reducing drop-off during their search experience.

2.2 What happens if a shopper misspells a product name?

Aqurate Search has built-in typo tolerance that instantly understands misspelled words, so no sale is lost due to a spelling error.

2.3 Does Aqurate Search support out-of-stock product handling?

Yes. By default, out-of-stock products are excluded from search results to help shoppers discover products that are currently available for purchase. This behavior can be adjusted anytime from the Settings section of the customer account.

2.4 Does Aqurate Search support non-English languages?

Yes. It includes diacritics support for European languages and special characters. Full Semantic & Vector Search in any European language is also coming soon.

2.5 Does Aqurate Search support multiple languages for multistore shops?

Not yet. Multi language adaptation for multistore environments is currently on the Aqurate roadmap. At the moment, Aqurate Search supports Romanian language searches only.

2.6 Does Aqurate Search support search filters?

Yes. Shoppers can instantly refine search results by category, brand and price using filters. We plan to add more options in the future.

2.7 Can I customize how search behaves?

Yes. Clients can configure multiple search settings directly from their Aqurate account, including searchable fields, search weights, typo tolerance, prefix search, available filters, and whether prices are displayed with or without VAT.

2.8 What is Semantic & Vector Search?

Semantic & Vector Search is an upcoming feature that will allow the search engine to understand natural language queries and return relevant results - going beyond simple keyword matching.

2.9 How often is the search model updated?

The Aqurate Search model updates automatically once every 24 hours, similar to the Aqurate Recommendations model.


3. Merchandising & Search Control

3.1 Can I control which products appear at the top of search results?

This feature is coming soon. Our Merchandising tools will allow you to boost, pin, or filter out products, helping you to promote new arrivals, high-margin items, or clearing slow-moving stock.

3.2 Can I choose which product areas are searchable?

Yes. The Field Selection option in the Search Settings area of your Aqurate account lets you choose exactly which product attributes the search engine indexes, such as SKU, title, or description.


4. Design & Customization

4.1 Will Aqurate Search look native to my store's design?

Yes. The search bar and results page are adapted to your brand's fonts, image shapes, card layouts, and overall style — so it feels like a natural part of your site.

4.2 Is the search results page mobile-friendly?

Yes. The results page features modern, mobile-friendly layouts with infinite scroll and faceted filters.


5. Analytics & Insights

5.1 Is search performance measurable?

Yes. The analytics dashboard provides visibility into search-driven sessions, clicks, conversions, and revenue attribution.

5.2 Can I see what products shoppers are searching for but not finding?

Yes. The zero-result searches report shows exactly what customers are looking for but not finding, highlighting gaps you can act on.


6. Pricing & Trial

6.1 How much does Aqurate Search cost?

Aqurate Search pricing starts at €59/month platform fee plus €0.08 per order, e.g. if you have 100 orders per month in your shop, the Search add-on will reach a cost of €67 (€59 + €8) in that month for you.

6.2 Is there a discount for existing Aqurate customers?

If you already use Aqurate Recommendations, the €59/month platform fee for Aqurate Search is waived, and you only pay €0.08 per order from your shop, e.g. if you have 100 orders per month in your shop, the Search add-on will reach a cost of €8 in that month for you.

6.3 Can I test Aqurate Search for free?

Yes. Aqurate Search includes a free 30-day trial so you can test the platform and evaluate its impact before committing to a paid plan.

6.4 Where can I see pricing details?

6.5 Is Aqurate Personalize included in the pricing plans?

Aqurate Search and Aqurate Personalize are two different ecommerce tools which are available separately or together as part of a bundle plan, depending on your ecommerce needs and setup requirements.

7.1 Which ecommerce platforms does Aqurate Search support?

Aqurate Search currently integrates with Gomag. Future integrations are planned for MerchantPro, Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom stores via API.

7.2 How long does it take to set up?

Setup is plug-and-play — you can get started in minutes with no heavy development required.
