Understanding Your Aqurate Personalize Dashboard
Your Aqurate Personalize Dashboard gives you a complete view of how recommendations are impacting user engagement, order activity, and revenue across your store.
📊 Overview of Aqurate’s Impact
In the Overview section of the 👉 Dashboard, you’ll find a summary of how Aqurate drives engagement and revenue through recommendations.
You can view data for any selected date range, grouped by day, week, or month.
The following key metrics help you assess performance at a glance:
- Sessions – Total user sessions that included at least one click on a recommended product.
- Orders – Orders that contain at least one product added through an Aqurate recommendation.
- Revenue – Revenue generated from the recommended products in those orders.
- Basket Size – Average number of products per order; also includes a comparison showing how much higher baskets are for users who interacted with Aqurate.
- Conversion Rate – Percentage of sessions that resulted in a purchase; compared to sessions from users who did not interact with Aqurate.

Example:
- 10.9% of all sessions included clicks on recommended products.
- Orders with recommendations accounted for 12.5% of total orders and 9.6% of total revenue.
- Average basket size was 37% higher, and conversion rate 16.9% higher, for users who interacted with Aqurate.
🧭 Touchpoint Performance Breakdown
The Touchpoint Performance Breakdown shows where recommendations perform best.
You can filter by recommendation type (e.g., Alternative Products, Frequently Bought Together, Popular in Category) and by placement (e.g., Product Detail Page, Cart Page, Home Page).
For each touchpoint, you’ll see:
- Clicks – Number of times users clicked on recommended products.
- Orders – Number of orders that included a recommended product, along with the share of total orders.
- Revenue – The revenue from recommended products, and its share of total revenue.

Example:
“Alternative Products” on the Product Detail Page generated €181.7K, representing 6.07% of total revenue.
🧾 Detailed Order Impact
The Detailed Order Impact section lets you explore individual orders that included recommended products. For each order, you can view:
- Order ID and date - This should be the same ID as you see in your analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics), your CMS (e.g. Shopify) and your ERP.
- Total order value - This is the total order value. It should display the same amount as in your analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics). If you include Sales Tax or VAT in the Data Layer, it will also be included here.
- Basket size - Total number of items in the basket. These are not the individual products, i.e. if a single product has an order quantity of 5, it will appear as 5.
- Percentage of items added through Aqurate recommendations - The percentage is based on the total Basket size, taking into account the products discovered through Aqurate.

You can load more orders directly in the dashboard or download all order data as a CSV for deeper analysis in your preferred tools.
🧾 Detailed Order View
The Detailed Order View lets you drill down into individual orders to see exactly which recommended products were purchased and through which touchpoints. This provides insight into how recommendations influence the composition of each order. You can quickly move through orders by using the arrows on the top right of the modal (← and →).

Key points to note:
- Only items clicked via a recommendation widget are attributed to Aqurate. In this example, item
1332950came from the Frequently Bought Together recommendation on the Product Detail Page. - The Touchpoint Date shows when the user interacted with the recommendation.
- Non-recommended items in the order are still displayed but are not counted in Aqurate-attributed metrics.
⚙️ Other considerations
Attribution Model
Aqurate uses a direct attribution model, meaning that an item is counted as influenced only if it was clicked through an Aqurate recommendation widget and then purchased within 30 days.
In other words:
- The product must be added to the cart after a direct click on a recommendation displayed by Aqurate.
- The purchase must occur within the 30-day attribution window.
- Assisted purchases (where a user clicks on a recommended product but then purchases another product) are not included in the metrics.
This approach ensures that all reported results reflect a clear, measurable connection between Aqurate’s recommendations and the resulting sales.
Currency
In case the currency is not displayed correctly, you can change it through the 👉 Advanced Settings.
