      Managing your Aqurate Account

      Learn how to add and remove members, as well as adding new organisations and leaving organisations.

      Adding a member to your organisation

      To add a new member, log into Aqurate and follow the steps below:

      1. Click on your organisation in the top right corner.
      2. Select "Manage organisation".
      3. Make sure "Members" is selected on the left side, and click on "Invitations".
      4. Click on "Invite" and add the email addresses you want to add and choose the correct roles. Then click on "Send Invitations".
      5. You're done!

      Removing a member from your organisation

      To remove a member, log into Aqurate and follow the steps below:

      1. Click on your organisation in the top right corner.
      2. Select "Manage organisation".
      3. Make sure "Members" is selected on the left side.
      4. Find the member you want to remove, click on the three dots "...", and click on "Remove member".
      5. You're done!

      Add a new organisation

      Here is when you should add a new organisation:

      • You want to add Aqurate to a completely different shop (i.e. a different back-end, with different orders and products)

      Here is when you should not add a new organisation:

      • You want to add Aqurate to a new domain of the same shop → select additional domain
      • The billing data has changed → go to billing and adjust the data
      • You want to access another existing organisation → find the organisation Admin and ask them to add you as a member

      How to add a new organisation

      In order to add a new organisation, please reach our to support@aqurate.ai and our team will set that up for you.

      Leaving an organisation

      Leaving an organisation will not delete it, nor have any effect on the active subscriptions, it will only prevent you from accessing it in the future.

      To leave an organisation, log into Aqurate and follow the steps below:

      1. Click on your organisation in the top right corner.
      2. Select "Manage organisation".
      3. Make sure "Settings" is selected on the left side.
      4. Click on "Leave Organisation".
      5. You're done!

      Deleting an organisation

      Deleting your organisation will delete all your data from Aqurate.

      To delete an organisation, all subscriptions need to be canceled or inactive.
